What is the status of my order?
You will receive a text message from the courier company with the tracking details, once the order is dispatched from our side. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed. And in case of any discrepancy in your order, Silvadi team will contact you either via email.
Can I change my order?
To add another product, the previous order will be cancelled. You will have to place a new order. But make sure you mention your previous order number and a note to cancel it, in the customer note section of the order page; otherwise both orders will be dispatched.

How much time/ days does it take to deliver?
It takes 5-10 working days for delivery.

Do you have an exchange policy?
Yes, we do have an exchange policy. You can exchange your product within 2 days after receiving. Please go through our Terms and Conditions to learn more.
Which currency will I be charged in?
Since we are an international store, our prices are in dollars and you will be charged according to the current exchange rate your country’s currency has against the dollar.
What happens if I fail to pay?
Your order is not confirmed or dispatched until you make your payment. 
What are your methods of payments?
We accept online payments made through a credit/debit card. We accept visa, mastercard, American express and etc.
