Larimar Jewelry
Larimar: the Caribbean's blue stone
Larimar is found in only one place on earth, the Dominican Republic. Its soft sky-blue and white swirls look like water meeting sand, which is why it's often called the "Caribbean stone." The blue comes from traces of copper, and because every stone forms its own pattern, no two pieces are alike.
At Silvadi we set larimar in sterling silver, so you get a piece that's easy to wear every day at a fair price. Choose from rings, necklaces, pendants and earrings, all shipped free in the U.S. on orders over $100. Prefer to see the colors in person? Visit us in Aurora, Colorado. We're a family-owned jeweler, open since 1993, and we'll help you pick the stone that suits you.
Caring for larimar: Larimar is softer than diamond, so take it off before swimming, cleaning or heavy work. Wipe it with a soft, damp cloth and keep it away from harsh chemicals.
