Returns & Exchanges Policy

We have different policies for Custom and Non-Custom orders:

Custom Orders

• All custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Custom Orders

• Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your item.

• A 15% restocking fee (excluding shipping) will be applied and refunded.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable, even if you opt for store credit.

Important Return Guidelines

• Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  

• Returns will be rejected and sent back if the merchandise shows any signs of wear, resizing, or damage.

How can I cancel my order? 
Due to the custom nature of our products, all canceled orders will incur a 10% cancellation fee. To cancel your order, please respond to your order confirmation email. Some exclusions may apply as some of our products are final sale from the date of purchase.
